       Back to Belmont

Back to Belmont is programming that encourages alumni to reconnect with campus, whether through reunions, Homecoming, athletic events, tours, speaker series or concerts. The programming encourages alumni to come back to campus.

    Chapters & Regional Networks

Constituency programs (chapters, groups & networks) are designed to provide communication and interaction within the university family and are established to promote and advance Belmont University. Belmont supports regional and affinity based chapters and groups. A regional alumni group or chapter is defined by its geographical location. An affinity based alumni group or chapter is defined by an academic discipline, support by a college, school or department, and/or a shared experience while alumni were students at Belmont.

    Future Alumni

Future alumni programming centers on the current student experience and helping them prepare for alumni status. Future alumni are stewarded through scholarship initiatives, incorporation with current alumni programs, through graduation activities, and by fostering relationships with active alumni.
    The Tower Society

The Tower Society is an elite group of alumni comprised of Belmont's 50 year and earlier classes. This honorary group of alumni helped build and shape the foundation for what our institution and association has become today. Each year the milestone anniversary class is inducted into the society and an annual reunion is held to relive days gone by and make new Belmont memories.

    Young Alumni

Young Alumni programming is designed to increase involvement of alumni who have graduated in the last ten years and are thirty-two years of age or under. Supported by the Young Alumni Council, Belmont's newest alumni are encouraged to stay connected and engaged through communication, community service, social opportunities, networking, development focused on percentage of giving, and working with future alumni.

BU Connect ... Engagement Experiences

       Belmont Breakfast Clubs

The Belmont Breakfast Clubs are designed to take the university to its alumni. Whether through their place of business, career or special interest, geographical location, a "wake-up" gathering fosters engagement and helps to strengthen the association's network of alumni.

    Fireside Chats

The Fireside Chat is an informal gathering at the Foutch Alumni House typically featuring the opportunity for invited alumni to engage and network based on a specific topic or area of interest. Invited speakers are Belmont University Alumni who volunteer their time to share their expertise with current Belmont students and fellow alumni.

    Networking Nights & Meet Ups

Networking is one of the most effective ways for alumni to broaden their career and social connections. Belmont's Networking Nights and regional meet-ups, allow alumni to expand their Belmont University network at informal gatherings, where they can exchange ideas, establish new connections, share job leads and volunteer opportunities.
