Trisha Yearwood (87) has another New York Times Bestselling Cookbook. Her first Cookbook (co-authored with her Mother, Gwen Yearwood and her sister, Beth Yearwood Bernard), Georgia Cooking in an Oklahoma Kitchen, stayed on the bestseller list for 6 weeks. This second, Home Cooking Stories and Recipes to Share with My Family has also made the list 6 times. Trisha insists that the motivation for the cookbook was so that she and her family would have all their recipes in one place. She never expected the call from the New York Times. When she got the call from her publishers requesting a 2nd book, she wasn't sure they could pull together enough recipes to make it work. But an upcoming family reunoin gave her hope. She asked each member to bring a recipe and she was surprised that she got all she needed.
