BRANDON, Dr. Joe A., age 73 of Manchester, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Marianne Haynes Brandon of Manchester; daughters, Tara Brandon Moore (John) of Knoxville, and Joy Brandon Vaulton (Barry) of Knoxville; three grandsons; sisters, Mildred Guy of Manchester, Louise Esleck of Manchester, Betty Horton of Tullahoma, Dorothy Plattner of Kansas City, Mo.; brothers, Ewin Brandon of Birmingham, Ala., Lynn Brandon of Rome, Ga., Fred Brandon of Lexington, Ky., and Gerald Brandon of Knoxville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
