Senik (05) Goes to Washington

Troy Senik. ('05 - Political Science,) earned his master's degree in public policy, graduating in April 2007. While in graduate school, he had the opportunity to serve as a writer for California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich.

 

After graduating, he was the opinion editor of the Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journal, (which is the nation's largest legal newspaper) from May 2007 to January 2008. In January, he moved to Washington D.C. and began working as a speechwriter for President George W. Bush, where he is currently employed.
